At VIBE JEWELRY we take pride in providing top-notch handmade Mala Necklaces, and your satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That's why we gladly accept returns and exchanges on most unworn and damage-free items within 30 business days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please email us at within 30 days, providing your name, order number, and a brief description of why you wish to return the item. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you opt for our prepaid return label, a $4.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your order was shipped at no cost, your refund will reflect the amount you paid minus the expenses for shipping to and from your location.

Kindly be aware that items on sale, those acquired during promotional events, and custom made mala necklaces are considered as final sale.

Your refund will be shown within approximately 3 weeks from the moment you hand over your package to your chosen shipping company. In many instances, you might receive it even sooner!

This includes the time it takes for the package to reach us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3-7 business days), and your bank's processing time (5 to 10 business days).

Just a quick reminder: Please make sure to pack your return securely. If the jewelry arrives damaged, we can only give you store credit. Thanks for understanding!

Return Policy Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs, both original and return, are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed to your original method of payment, and you'll receive an email notification once completed.
